Pick-up & drop-off

Shuttle service is complimentary for every reservation. Operating since 2016, with the same reliable schedule year-round.

Upon arriving at Hyatt Place O'Hare

1. 1. Enter from Mannheim Road and pull into the 20-minute loading zone directly in front of the hotel to unload your luggage.
2. 2. Park temporarily, then walk into the main lobby and visit the hotel front desk for your parking information.
3. 3. Bring your reservation receipt and write down your license plate number before check-in.
4. 4. The front desk will settle any outstanding balance and issue your parking tag.
5. 5. Hang the parking tag on your rearview mirror before moving the vehicle to the long-term lot.
6. 6. Park in the north lot directly next to Allstate Arena. Do not park on the Allstate Arena property — vehicles parked there will be towed at the owner's expense.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable. To modify or cancel a reservation, contact the front desk at 224-563-1800 or email zeyuworking@gmail.com.
