Access hours
Shuttle hours: 5:00 AM – 10:30 PM, Monday – Sunday.
Shuttles run every 40 minutes beginning at 5:00 AM, with the last shuttle to O'Hare at 10:00 PM from Monday – Sunday. Passengers are encouraged to arrive a minimum of 40 minutes prior to their desired terminal arrival time.
Upon return to Chicago, please wait at Terminal 5 and Terminal 2, Arrivals (lower level), Middle lane, Door C. Guests must be outside and actively looking for the shuttle.
Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle — there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area. Shuttle seats are first come, first served and a seat is not guaranteed after guest check-in.
