Shuttle operates 5:00am – 10:30pm, every 40 minutes. Upon return to Chicago, please wait at terminal 5 and Terminal 2, Arrivals, (lower level) Middle Lane, Door C The guests must be outside and actively looking for the Shuttle. Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle as there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area. Shuttle seat is first come first in, not guaranty have seat after guest check in.
How to redeem
1. Enter from Mannheim Road into the 20-minute loading zone in front of the hotel.
2. Walk into the lobby and visit the front desk with your reservation.
3. Note your license plate number before check-in.
4. Settle any outstanding balance; receive your parking tag.
5. Hang the tag on your rearview mirror.
6. Park in the north lot next to Allstate Arena (do NOT park on Allstate property).
Cancellation rules
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
